Mānoa Gardens is an 80-unit affordable senior living community located in the heart of lush Mānoa Valley. Pacific Housing Assistance Corporation acquired 39 apartments using Community Development Block Grant funds in 1993 from the City and County of Honolulu, which currently retains ownership of 41 apartments. Mānoa Gardens provides studio and one-bedroom garden apartments in eight, 10-plex, two-story residential buildings.

Resident Qualifications:

To qualify for residency, applicants and all household members must be 62 years old or older who have gross incomes not to exceed 60%, 80% or 120% of Area Median Income.
