Lani Huli is an award-winning 81-unit affordable senior living community in Kailua town on the windward side of Oahu. This development was completed in 1993 and involved the construction of a four-story, multi-family concrete building over a new two-level parking structure. The parking structure provides parking stalls for the residents of Lani Huli and the general public. 

Resident Qualifications:

To qualify for residency, tenants must be 62 years old or older with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income.
